Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with our service, we offer a full refund within 30 days of service completion, subject to the conditions below.

At Preferred Carpet Cleaning Inc, we take pride in delivering exceptional cleaning services. We understand that sometimes things may not meet your expectations, and we want to make it right. Our 30-day refund policy ensures you can trust us with your home.
Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
- The service did not meet the agreed-upon specifications
- Significant areas were missed or inadequately cleaned
- Our team caused damage during the service
- You contacted us within 30 days of the service date
- The issue was not caused by factors outside our control
Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Describe the issue in detail, including photos if applicable
- Allow us to inspect the area in question (we may schedule a brief visit)
- Receive resolution within 5-7 business days of our assessment
Re-Service Option
Before processing a refund, we would like the opportunity to make things right. In many cases, we can schedule a complimentary re-service to address any concerns. If you prefer this option, we will arrange a convenient time to return at no additional cost.
Refund Amounts
Refund amounts are determined based on the nature of the issue:
- Full refund: Service was not performed as agreed or caused damage
- Partial refund: Specific areas or aspects of service were unsatisfactory
- Re-service: Minor issues that can be corrected with a return visit
Exclusions
Refunds may not be available in the following situations:
- Stains that were disclosed as potentially permanent before service
- Pre-existing damage or wear that was noted before cleaning
- Damage caused by customer actions after service completion
- Requests made more than 30 days after service date
- Normal fading of stains that reappear due to underlying issues (wicking)
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method:
- Credit card payments: Refund within 5-10 business days
- Check payments: Replacement check mailed within 10 business days
- Cash payments: Check refund mailed within 10 business days
Deposits
If a deposit was required for your service and you cancel with at least 24 hours notice, your deposit will be fully refunded. Deposits for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be partially or fully forfeited as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
