Scheduling and Appointments
When scheduling a service:
- You agree to provide accurate contact and location information
- Someone 18 years or older must be present during the service
- You are responsible for moving small, breakable items before our arrival
- We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled time window
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the estimated service cost. We understand emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Pricing and Payment
Service pricing is based on:
- Square footage or size of the area to be cleaned
- Type and condition of materials
- Additional treatments or services requested
- Accessibility and location factors
Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
Service Guarantee
We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will return to address any concerns at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover stains that cannot be removed or pre-existing damage.
Liability
Preferred Carpet Cleaning Inc is fully insured. We will take the utmost care with your property. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our services, we will work with you to make it right. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by factors outside our control.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Informing us of any known issues with carpets or upholstery
- Vacating pets from areas being serviced
- Providing adequate access to work areas
- Disclosing any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Preferred Carpet Cleaning Inc and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Modifications
